Shipping policy

Passenewyork will ship out your order in 7-10 business days after receipt of order and payment. All custom size jewelry can take an additional 3-5 days to make. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you.

All Passenewyork orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. Each order will have a tracking number associated with your order once it has left our studio.

Passenewyork is responsible for all packages until they are tendered to the USPS.
